Hotbit-Exercise analysis app!3.03 - Get APK

Based on heart rate and position information (GPS),
It raises the efficiency of exercise through in-depth analysis of the state of motion.

******Key Features*******

1. Checking the motion state in any screen through the industry's first mini-screen mode
2. Displaying exercise course and exercise intensity per each section by using Google Map
3. Measuring a variety of exercise informations using ANT heart rate monitor
4. Applying EPOC measurement function for efficient exercise
5. Writing user’s own notes for each exercise
6. Improving achievement through setting targets
7. Providing graphs and section records so that a user can easily check the results of exercise at a glance

*****Measurable items*******
Calories using a heart rate monitor, oxygen uptake(VO2), exercise intensity, Excess Post-exercise Oxgen Consumption (EPOC), oxygen consumption (VO2)
Displaying distance, position, speed and altitude by using GPS.

*****NOTE*****
The heart rate monitor using ANT + and Bluetooth 4.0(BLE) are supported.
Depending on the environment of heart rate monitor and the device, The heart rate data can not be dispatched.
This measure can not be used as a medical record.
BLE is optimized for Bluetooth 4.0.

****The first exercise application supporting mini-mode!****
you can check the current state of motion using a mini-mode while watching navigation, video, etc..

**** Measurable EPOC! ****
What is EPOC?
As the Excess Post-exercise Oxygen Consumption for recovery,
it is the theory that calories are consumed as much as the excess amount of oxygen in the body even after exercise,
more than the amount of oxygen to be treated in the body being consumed during strenuous exercise(high intensity exercise),
which is emerging with the recent reevaluation of high-intensity interval training.

If the consumed energy is greater than the energy to be treated with oxygen intake during exercise
(if you usually exercise more than 70% of maximum heart rate), the fatigue material will gradually build up.
When the fatigue material is accumulated, oxygen (EPOC) is used in the processes that restore the body to a resting state during breaks right after exercise.
(It is like that your body is hot during a period of time after strenuous exercise.)
The body continues to consume calories to eliminate the accumulated fatigue material.
In other words, the calories continues to be burned during a certain amount of time after exercise as well as during exercise when to do strenuous exercise.
Thus, you can do highly effective exercise in less time using EPOC.
